Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions

 

The Wild Boar Room is a perfect venue for a romantic candlelight rehearsal dinner or wedding reception.  The memories created from an evening in the caves will be cherished forever. (Max. capacity 80 guests)

The Vineyard Deck is the ideal setting to capture the stellar sunsets over the coastal mountains and the sweeping views of our lovely Estate Vineyard.  This exceptional venue provides the perfect ambiance for your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony or wedding reception. (Max. capacity 80 guests)

*We require a Wedding Coordinator for all weddings.
*Rehearsal of the ceremony is at no additional cost.

Rehearsal Dinners   $30.00 per person                                                                                                     Minimum usage fee: $900.00 or 30 guests

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions
30 guest or less       $2,000 site fee
31-80 guests            $65 per person

Reception only
30 guests or less    $1,500 site fee
31-80 guests           $50 per person

Ceremony & Standing Reception
30 guests or less     $1,700 site fee
31-80 guests            $55 per person

Standing Reception only
Wild Boar Room or Vineyard Deck:
30 guests or less     $1,350 site fee
31-80 guests           $45 per person

 

- Eberle Hospitality Staff will assist in orchestrating your special needs
- Caterer and food service is contracted separately by customer.
   *Only caterers recommended by Eberle Winery are permitted. See recommended caterers
- Children and young adults are welcome; however, they must be 
   supervised by an adult.
- Maximum use: 4 hours
