Black Tie Candlelight Valentines Dinner in the Caves
André and Cristina Averseng
Dining with André, Paso Robles, CA
If a Valentines dinner is about love and cooking that comes from the heart, no romantic evening would be complete without a meal prepared by the wonderfully talented André and Cristina Averseng. As a sought-after chef by wineries in the Paso Robles Appellation, Chef André brings a French influence to the table that is unsurpassed in this region. Chef André feels the “terroir” of Paso Robles is very similar to his home in Provence, and his pairing of food and wine reflects that expertise. Together, André and Cristina create meals to remember that are infused with equal parts passion and good cheer. Please join Eberle Winery as we invite these dear friends to our spectacular Black Tie Dinner in the Caves.

Harvest Festival Winemaker Dinner
Patrick and Jenny McNamara, Noble Fare, Savannah, GA
It’s not often that Gary Eberle ends a meal insisting to meet the chef, but that’s exactly what happened when he attended a winemaker dinner at Noble Fare in Savannah, Georgia. After an amazing 7-course dinner, Gary wouldn’t walk out the door until he talked with owners and Chef Patrick and Jenny McNamara, making them promise to come to Paso Robles for a winemaker dinner in our caves. Luckily, they agreed. Voted one of the top 3 restaurants (of nearly 400) in Savannah, listed as a Fodor’s Choice 2009 restaurant, beloved by locals and visitors alike, this promises to be a spectacular dinner with our new friends from the south. Please join us as we welcome Noble Fare to Paso Robles Wine Country during Harvest Fest 2010.
