If your requested dinner cannot accommodate the desired number of guests, you will be notified via email. Once your reservations is submitted, you will receive a letter of confirmation via email from dinner@eberlewinery.com

Shuttle Service: Transportation available for $20 per person. Please book in conjunction with placing your dinner reservation below. Shuttle service only available within Paso Robles city limits. NOTE: You will need to notify us of your hotel to coordinate the shuttle service.

Featuring Chef Leonardo Curti, Trattoria Grappolo, Santa Ynez,CA Celebrate Valentines Day with true “amore” at Eberle Winery. We are thrilled to welcome Chef Leonardo Curti and the team from his Santa Ynez restaurant, Trattoria Grappolo. Chef Curti specializes in Italian regional food. He grew up in the Calabria region in the coastal village of Cariati Marina - at the southern tip of Italy. In 1987, he moved to Siena, Tuscany, working with the Luppoli family in the Malborghetto Restaurant, which was a local "hang-out" for those in the Tuscan Region. This provided the roots of his experience for service and quality of the Tuscan cuisine. In 1992 he made a bold move to the United States, establishing the restaurant "Pane Caldo" in Beverly Hills. He was also a chef at the Cicada restaurant in Los Angeles. Entertainer Ellen DeGeneres says that Trattoria Grappolo is one of her favorite restaurants of all time! Please join us as we welcome this true Italian gem for a Valentines feast to remember. |

| Featuring Chef Claude Chazalon of Safran in Paso Robles Eberle Winery welcomes local favorite Chef Claude Chazalon for Zinfandel Festival 2008! Chef Chazalon, former owner of two restaurants in Paris for 20 years, had a whirlwind love affair “Coup de Coeur” for Paso Robles. His love for Paso Robles prompted him to open “Paris” a French restaurant located in downtown Paso Robles in November 2002, focusing on the ambiance of the French countryside and its fine cuisine. After many requests from loyal customers and friends, Chef Claude and his wife Chantal decided on a new venture--“Safran.” Please join Eberle Winery as we partner once again with this fine friend and wonderful chef for Zinfandel Festival 2008. |

| Chef Cindy Hutson’s Ortanique, Cuisine of the Sun, restaurant is located in Miami, Florida. Recipient of the esteemed 5-Star Diamond Award, Ortanique has also been awarded as one of the city’s best restaurants in Miami. Chef Hutson has been invited to share her talents at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival as well as the James Beard House in NYC. Chef Hutson says her goal is to include all five senses in the dining experience, and after Gary Eberle ate at her restaurant, he can attest this will be a fabulous meal from an outstanding chef! | “Locals Only” Featuring Chef Chris Kobayashi of Artisan restaurant, Paso Robles, CA Experience a winemaker dinner in the Eberle caves featuring only “locally grown” food and wine. Chef Chris Kobayashi is well known for his commitment to using only the freshest, local ingredients to create masterful dishes at Artisan Restaurant. Chef Chris searches out local & organic produce and his hand selected proteins are wild caught or sustainably farmed and contain no growth hormones or antibiotics. Eberle Winery wines are also made with a “locals only” philosophy. All Eberle fruit is either grown on the Paso Robles Estate or contracted from partners and vineyard growers in Paso Robles. As chef de cuisine of Dallas’ award-winning five-star restaurant, Abacus, Tre Wilcox began his culinary career at the age of 17. Chef Tre’s latest culinary adventures landed him a spot as a contestant on Bravo’s third season of America’s Top Chef. “Top Chef 3 Miami” featured 15 of the country's most impressive rising chefs and Tre proved to be a strong contender in this competition for up-and-coming culinary talent. Tre’s dedication, enthusiasm and passion have made him such a renowned and impressive chef he’s been nominated as the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef for two consecutive years. | Eberle Welcomes Acclaimed Chef Michel Richard, Citronelle, Washington D.C. It is with great honor that Eberle Winery hosts acclaimed chef and good friend Michel Richard to a Guest Chef Dinner in the Eberle caves. With a culinary career 40 years in the making, Chef Richard’s Citrus and Citronelle restaurants in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and flagship restaurant in Washington, D.C. have earned a staggering array of honors befitting such a talented chef. Author, James Beard Award Winner, and recipient of numerous awards and honors, Chef Richard is currently celebrating the opening of a new restaurant in Carmel Valley. Experience a meal like no other from a culinary talent who Robert Parker of the Wine Advocate describes as “A great chef, who is cooking at a level that far exceeds any Michelin three-star chef in France.” A portion of the proceeds from this dinner goes directly to the Eberle Scholarship for students studying wine and viticulture at Cal Poly. |

| Holly Peterson, Napa Valley Holly Peterson's credentials include a degree in Enology from U.C. Davis and Grand Diplome de Cuisine from the prestigious La Varenne cooking school. She spent years cooking professionally in France, including stints at Château Mouton-Rothschild, Krug, and Remy-Martin. She made news in Europe when she was chosen as the first female chef at a Michelin three-star restaurant, Tantris, in Munich. When she returned to the United States, Holly spent eight years at the Robert Mondavi Winery, developing food and wine programs and events. Now, she teaches food and wine dynamics at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Much of her time outside of teaching is spent importing and marketing Sea Star™ Sea Salt. Holly and her family are great friends of Eberle Winery. She is skilled in creating dinners and events for several hundred people at a time. To have her in our intimate caves of Eberle Winery will be an event to remember. |
