2012 Guest Chef Dinner Series is here!
Order your reservations below for the winemaker dinner/s of your choice. If your requested dinner cannot accommodate the desired number of guests, you will be notified via email. Once your reservations is submitted, you will receive a letter of confirmation via email from dinner@eberlewinery.com

Reservation Confirmation: payment in full is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations less then 48 hours prior to the dinner will only be refunded if we are able to fill your spots from our wait list.

Shuttle Service: Transportation available for $20 per person. Please book in conjunction with placing your dinner reservation below. Shuttle service only available within Paso Robles city limits. NOTE: You will need to notify us of your hotel to coordinate the shuttle service.

| Celebrate Valentine’s Day with true “amore” at Eberle Winery. We are thrilled to welcome Chef Leonardo Curti and the team from his Santa Ynez restaurant, Trattoria Grappolo. Chef Curti specializes in Italian regional food. He grew up in the Calabria region in the coastal village of Cariati Marina - at the southern tip of Italy. In 1987, he moved to Siena, Tuscany, working with the Luppoli family in the Malborghetto Restaurant, which was a local "hang-out" for those in the Tuscan Region. This provided the roots of his experience for service and quality of the Tuscan cuisine. In 1992 he made a bold move to the United States, establishing the restaurant "Pane Caldo" in Beverly Hills. He was also a chef at the Cicada restaurant in Los Angeles. Entertainer Ellen DeGeneres says that Trattoria Grappolo is one of her favorite restaurants of all time! Please join us as welcome this true Italian gem for a Valentines feast to remember. |

Cheese, veggies, gourmet salami, bread and even a chocolate fondue to pair with your favorite fruit; at Eberle, we think it sounds like a lot of fun and a great way to celebrate all things “Zin” during the 20th Annual Zinfandel Festival in Paso Robles. We’re doing things casually for this annual Zin Fest and hoping you’ll join us for some fun and festive times with the grape that California is famous for. Eberle was just voted “Winery of the Year” at the International Sommelier Challenge so we promise you’ll have a good time with great wines! $40/person includes your first glass of wine. Wines by the glass and by the bottle will be available for sale at discount prices. |

| This dinner is the essence of Paso Robles and the people who call the Central Coast their home. We like to be casual now and then. Picture yourself in our wine caves, wearing a plastic bib, armed with a wooden mallet, and staring at a table covered with the best crab, shellfish, corn and sausage you’ve ever had. This is the experience provided by Mike and Kathy Lee of the Cracked Crab in Pismo Beach. They’ve been in business since 1999 and only serve the freshest, highest quality fish and shellfish. We invited them to our Cellar in 2011 and had one of the best dinner parties in years. We couldn’t let 2012 go by without asking them back. The food is amazing. The dinner is fun!
