Choose from one of two unique venues for a Rehearsal Dinner and/or Wedding Reception to create a memorable celebration.  Site fee for served Rehearsal Dinners and/or Wedding Receptions includes tables, centerpieces, chairs, linens, stemware, silverware, china and wine service.  Wine consumed and purchased is separate at a 20% discount.  Only Eberle wines are permissible.

Rehearsal Dinners          $25.00 per person
Minimum usage fee: $750.00 or 30 guests

Wedding Receptions
Minimum venue (Deck or Wild Boar Room) fee: $4,000.00

Music
Musical entertainment is permitted but not recommended in caves. A list of recommended musical entertainment can be obtained from the winery. Arranging this service is not the responsibility of Eberle Winery. Contracts must be individually arranged with the entertainment. Amplified music, in moderation, is permitted but may be subject to curtailment if complaints are received. A dance floor and risers for the deck can be arranged through Eberle Winery at an additional charge.

Liability
Eberle Winery is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that might occur during an event. It is requested that the client provide an additional insurance policy for the date of the event in the amount of $500,000.
A 50% deposit books your event. The total balance per person is due and payable at the end of the event. Cancellations not made two weeks prior to the event may be subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee.
