*NEW WINE RELEASE -2008 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc
Eberle Winery proudly introduces our first offering of a white Rhone blend with the 2008 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc. This blend is composed of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The floral aromatics of Roussanne are reminiscent of pear and honey, while the Grenache Blanc adds a crisp acidity blended with the undeniable mouth filling richness and tropical fruit flavors of Viognier. The Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc is the perfect complement to shellfish sautéed in a butter garlic sauce or simply enjoy as a refreshing glass by itself.

NEW RELEASE - 2008 Estate Chardonnay
The result of an epic vintage, our 2008 Estate Chardonnay exhibits a combination of lemon and citrus aromas with rich flavors of pineapple, pear and green apple rounded by a touch of vanilla oak. A delightful, crowd-pleasing wine to accompany any fine cuisine or enjoy by the glass!

2007 Syrah Rosé
Eberle's dry rosé displays aromatics and flavors of wild strawberries and hints of spice. A light wine that drinks like a red and pairs exquisitely with a variety of foods. Limited production: 628 cases.

2006 Sangiovese
Great complexity in this medium body wine with hints of cherry cola, raspberry and licorice. Our Sangiovese is a classic example of how well this Tuscan variety is suited for Paso Robles. Limited production: 963 cases.

NEW RELEASE - 2007 Barbera
Originating from Piedmont, Italy, this Italian varietal is one of Eberle's best small production wines. Our Barbera may be from Paso Robles, but this ruby colored, silky smooth red wine is a classic rendition of this Northern Italian varietal. Tones of ripe raspberry fruit, tart cherry and suggestions of earthy spices and game are accented by this varietals natural bright acidity and soft tannins. 1003 cases

2006 Côtes-du-Rôbles (Mourvedre, Syrah, Grenache,Viognier)
The original rendition of a Paso Robles Rhône-blend since 1994, Côtes-du-Rôbles exhibits an intense purple hue with complex layers of rich fruit flavors, hints of earth and minerality supported by toasty oak. 2006 Zinfandel, Steinbeck/Wine Bush
Eberle 2006 Zinfandel showcases two of Paso Robles finest Zinfandel vineyards: the reputable Steinbeck Vineyard contributes layers of sweet briar fruit with hints of earth and minerality blended with Wine Bush which offers robust color and rich, jammy flavors of prune, ripe blackberry and a peppery finish. This is an exquisite example of Zinfandel displaying a well-balanced combination of elegance with richness of fruit and depth making it a perfect wine to complement a variety of foods.

2006 Syrah, Steinbeck Vineyard
Enticing, opulent flavors of ripe blueberry and black cherry are accented by hints of sweet vanilla oak and white pepper.  A true ‘rhone-style’ syrah that will gracefully age over the next several years.

2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Since 1979, Eberle’s flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon continues to showcase 100% varietal characteristics from our twenty-six year old Estate Vineyard. Displaying a flavorful deluge of rich black currant, dark cherry and hints of mochas wrapped in velvety tannins, this wine is an exquisite cellar addition with a reputable history of aging gracefully.

2003 Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
NEW RELEASE! The 2003 Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has been released and there will not be another Reserve until 2012! Eberle Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is declared only in exceptional vintages. The Reserve is the “best of the best” of all the Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Lots are ‘cherry picked’ and tagged as designate reserve barrels where they are monitored closely and tasted regularly. The wine is aged for twenty-four months in French oak, then aged in bottle for an additional three years before release. Lively and complex with flavors of black cherry, vanilla spice and velvety tannins. Limited Production: 608 cases.

2008 Estate Muscat Canelli
Eberle Muscat Canelli reveals floral aromas of orange blossom and ripe melon merging with hints of citrus and orchard fruits. It's semi-sweet and clean, with a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif or dessert wine.

2003 Vintage Port

Eberle Winery is proud to release our first Vintage Port. Blended primarily from traditional port varietals, Tinta Madeira and Touriga Nacional and fortified, this wine offers rich, robust flavors of black currants and berries. A small splash of Zinfandel rounds out the experience with a hint of spice. A perfect complement to hearty cheeses and/or as an after dinner sipper. This is truly a special small production wine produced only every few years. 146 cases produced. (750ml)
