Eberle Winery proudly introduces our first offering of a white Rhone blend with the 2008 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc. This blend is composed of Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The floral aromatics of Roussanne are reminiscent of pear and honey, while the Grenache Blanc adds a crisp acidity blended with the undeniable mouth filling richness and tropical fruit flavors of Viognier. The Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc is the perfect complement to shellfish sautéed in a butter garlic sauce or simply enjoy as a refreshing glass by itself. |

2003 Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
NEW RELEASE! The 2003 Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has been released and there will not be another Reserve until 2012! Eberle Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is declared only in exceptional vintages. The Reserve is the “best of the best” of all the Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Lots are ‘cherry picked’ and tagged as designate reserve barrels where they are monitored closely and tasted regularly. The wine is aged for twenty-four months in French oak, then aged in bottle for an additional three years before release. Lively and complex with flavors of black cherry, vanilla spice and velvety tannins. Limited Production: 608 cases. |
