Produced from our own 27 year-old estate vines, we can guarantee that our Chardonnay remains consistent in quality and character year after year, and the 2010 is a particularly outstanding vintage.  Fruit flavors of crisp green apple, pear, pineapple and Meyer lemon fills the  palate, finished with a hint of toasted oak.  Whether you like a Chardonnay that is fruit forward or one that is an oaky buttery style, this Chardonnay has the ability to please almost any palate.

2010 Mill Road Viognier

The 2010 Viognier perfumes the nose with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus blossoms and apricots. Vibrant flavors of ripe pears, peaches, almonds and spice add to the lush mid-palate of this exceptional wine. The clean and refreshing citrus finish makes Eberle Viognier a perfect partner for a variety of foods or a spectacular treat just by itself.

2009 Cotes-du-Robles Blanc

The 2009 Côtes-du-Rôbles Blanc represents Eberle Winery’s second offering of a white Rhône blend. This blend is composed of 65% Grenache Blanc and 35% Viognier. The Grenache Blanc adds crisp acidity and spiciness to the palate while filling the nose with the aroma of a freshly peeled orange. The tropical fruit flavors and aromas of the Viognier adds an undeniable mouth filling richness.

2010 Estate Muscat Canelli

Our Muscat Canelli reveals floral aromas of orange blossom and ripe melon integrated with hints of citrus and bursts of guava and nectarine.  Crisp and semi-sweet, this wine is a surprising delight for every occasion
 

2010 Syrah Rose

Eberle's dry rosé displays aromatics and flavors of wild strawberries and hints of spice. A light wine that drinks like a red and pairs exquisitely with a variety of foods. Limited production: 628 cases.

Eberle's limited production Sangiovese will please any Chianti fan.  This medium bodied, moderate tannin wine exhibits hints of ripe cherry and cola on the nose supported by flavors of raspberry and hints of anise.

2008 Zinfandel, Steinbeck/Wine Bush

Eberle 2007 Zinfandel showcases two of Paso Robles finest Zinfandel vineyards, the reputable Steinbeck Vineyard and the Wine-Bush Vineyard.  The Steinbeck Vineyard contributes layers of sweet briar fruit with hints of earth and minerality, while the Wine Bush Vineyard contributes depth of color and jammy flavors of ripe blackberry, red raspberry with a peppery finish.

2007 Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - New Release

The 2007 represents our fourteenth release of Eberle’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Black as night, soft as silk; this wine is fueled by vibrant aromatics of black currant, cassis, raspberry with sweet layers of vanilla and cellar-worthy tannins. Approachable now, this Reserve has the style and structure to age for far more than a decade.

2007 Love & Kisses

It took some doing, but after 10 years we coaxed Gary out the office and back into the cellar to create this masterpiece 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, he calls "Love and Kisses."
From the Pioneer of Paso Robles, Gary proves he knows what he's doing when it comes to making a killer Cab.  The '07 vintage was perfect opportunity for him to spotlight his talent and the result is nothing short of spectacular.  Only 350 cases produced and when its gone - it's gone!

2007 Vintage Port

Eberle Winery is proud to release the 2007 Vintage Port. Blended primarily from traditional port varietals, Tinta Madeira and Touriga Nacional and fortified, this wine offers rich, robust flavors of black currants and berries. A small splash of Zinfandel rounds out the experience with a hint of spice. A perfect complement to hearty cheeses and/or as an after dinner sipper. This is truly a special small production wine produced every four years.  Only 223 cases produced. (750ml)
