"We just opened a bottle of the Eberle 1997 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. One would think this has headed down the other side of the slope, but that was not the case. To my surprise, it was wonderful. Very smooth and still great finish. We still have a bottle or two in the cellar, one of which will be opened on Father's Day. Who says California wine cannot be cellared?
