By sending the following information, I agree to the following terms:
  • I am 21 years of age or older.
  • I understand UPS and FedEx require an adult signature for delivery of my wines. (Business address preferred to assure delivery. Carriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.)
  • My credit card will be charged the appropriate cost prior to receiving my shipment for the months requested. (i.e. quarterly, bi-annual)
  • I understand I will receive my shipment within 7–10 days once my credit card has been processed.
  • I understand that after one year I may cancel my Cellar Club membership with a written 30 day notice and that notice must be received prior to my next shipment.
  • I understand that I am responsible for all costs incurred as a result of my wine shipment being returned to the winery and for reshipment.

      Bi-Annual = 2 shipments / year. Choice of 6 or 12 bottles in shipment.
