Schedule of Shipments

Details

• Club members will receive an email notifying them in advance of their shipment.
• Charges are automatically applied to your credit card one week prior to shipping.
• Must be 21 years or older. 
• An adult signature is required upon delivery.
• All will call shipments will be shipped automatically after 6 weeks. 
• Must be an active member with up-to-date information to receive offers and benefits. 
• All customers are responsible for the $20 charge resulting from changes made to delivery after the wine has been charged (address change, delivery date, cancellations etc.)
• Cancellations can be made by contacting the Wine Club Manager at members@eberlewinery.com

Terms of Agreement

• We do not allow any customization to the Pioneer, Rare & Reserve, or Legacy 6 bottle club.
• Due to federal law requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by a person at least 21 years old, a daytime delivery address, preferably a business address, is requested. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or UPO Boxes.
• My credit card will be charged one week prior to receiving my shipment for the month requested.
• Will-Call Members: I accept responsibility for all costs incurred if my wine shipment is returned to the winery for reshipping.  I understand and accept responsibility for the $20.00 charge resulting from changes to the shipment after the wine has been charged. I also understand I am responsible for all shipping costs. 
• I understand that Eberle will hold my shipment up to 6 weeks from the charging date. After 6 weeks all pending will call orders will be automatically shipped. I agree to incur all shipping costs associated with my wine club shipment. 
• Must be an active member with up-to-date information to receive offers and benefits. 
• By signing up, we ask for a minimum of a 1-year commitment to the wine club.
