November–March: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
*Please check our Hours & Holiday Closures page for special closures and seasonal updates.

Do I need a reservation for a wine tasting?

Reservations are strongly recommended for our seated tasting experiences and are required for select experiences. Walk-ins are welcome at the Tasting Room bar on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Weather permitting, guests may also enjoy wine by the glass or bottle on our Oak Knoll Patio.

Please note: Once you select a reservation time online, you have 7 minutes to complete your booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

What happens if I arrive early or late?

Early Arrivals: We are unable to seat guests before their scheduled reservation time. You're welcome to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine on the Oak Knoll Patio while you wait, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals: Cave tours depart promptly at the beginning of scheduled tasting experiences. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your cave tour can be made up. Reservations are held for 15 minutes, and late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their scheduled tasting.

Please allow plenty of travel time between wineries. We recommend planning approximately 2½ hours per winery visit, including travel time.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

Our covered Vineyard Deck patio includes windscreens as well as heating and cooling systems, allowing us to host reservations comfortably through most Central Coast weather conditions.

Can I add guests to my reservation?

Please contact us before your visit if your party size changes. Seating is reserved specifically for the number of guests on your reservation, and additional guests can only be accommodated when space allows.

Adults who are not tasting and children who require their own seat must be included in your total party size.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! Walk-in tastings are available at the Tasting Room bar on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may also enjoy wine by the glass or bottle on the Oak Knoll Patio, subject to availability. Cave tour availability is not guaranteed for walk-in guests.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Guests of all ages are welcome in many areas of Eberle Winery. Children must remain seated with and supervised by an adult during tasting experiences and should be included in your reservation party size if they require their own seat. Elevated Experieces are reserved for guests 21 and older.

Are dogs welcome?

Well-socialized dogs are welcome in our outdoor areas only and must remain leashed and under their owner's control. Dogs are not permitted inside the Tasting Room, caves or indoor tasting experiences. Please see our Visiting With Your Dog page for complete guidelines. *Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.

How much time should I allow for my visit?

Plan approximately 2 hours for your complete Eberle tasting experience. If you're visiting another winery afterward, we recommend allowing approximately 2½ hours total, including travel time.

Can I bring outside food?

Outside food is welcome on our Oak Knoll Patio before or after your tasting. The patio is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Outside food is not permitted in the Tasting Room or on the Vineyard Deck. Charcuterie and other deli items are available for purchase at the winery. Outside alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Do you offer military or law enforcement discounts?

Yes. Active and retired military and law enforcement personnel with valid ID receive 40% off wine purchases.

Is a credit card required to make a reservation?

A credit card is required to hold select experiences, including the Wild Boar Room Experience, VIP Tastings, Cellar Club reservations and parties of six or more. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Group tastings require prepayment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled without penalty at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are subject to a per-person cancellation fee based on the tasting experience.

Please email tastingroom@eberlewinery.com if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Can I access Sensorio from Eberle Winery?

No. Sensorio is located approximately one-quarter mile past our entrance and cannot be accessed directly from Eberle Winery's property.
