Guests will experience Cabernet Sauvignon across five decades, revealing the story of Eberle and Paso Robles through time, terroir and craftsmanship guided by our wine maker, Chris Eberle. Descend into the candlelit caves for a one-of-a-kind library tasting showcasing a rare and limited selection of Cabernets not typically available for tasting. Lunch is included at the end of the wine tasting to complete this remarkable afternoon.
