Eberle Côtes-du-Rôbles Frosé

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of Eberle Côtes-du-Rôbles Rosé
8 ounces strawberries
2.5 ounces fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
8 sprigs of Rosemary 

1/4 cup vodka (optional)

Rosemary infused Simple Syrup (1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, and 2 sprigs rosemary)

The perfect adult slushy. This is sure to be your go-to drink this summer. If you want to make it more boozy we recomend adding 1/4 cup vodka to the mix!

INSTRUCTIONS

Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup

  1. Add two sprigs of fresh rosemary to 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves. Turn off heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes, remove the rosemary and cool completely.

Frosé

  1. Pour the rosé into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 8 hours or overnight.

  2. Combine the strawberries and rosemary simple syrup in a blender and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes, until the berries begin to release their juices.

  3. Add the vodka and rosé cubes. Blend the mixture on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with strawberries and fresh spring of rosemary desired.
