Eberle Winery offers a variety of seated wine tastings that include a guided cave tour. These educational experiences give guests a deeper understanding of how Eberle wines are made while sharing the history and heritage of one of Paso Robles’ pioneering wineries.
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled reservation time, as cave tours depart at the very beginning of each tasting experience. Because tours run on a strict schedule, the cave tour will leave without late arrivals and cannot be rescheduled. While the hospitality team will always do its best to accommodate guests if possible, cave tour participation cannot be guaranteed once the group has departed. During certain times of year, cave tours may also be canceled due to winery operations.
if you would like to experience the caves without a reservation, guests are welcome to join one of the scheduled public cave tours at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., or 4:30 p.m. This makes it easy for Paso Robles visitors to enjoy one of Eberle Winery’s most iconic experiences even without an advance booking.
