DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO ENJOY A WINE TASTING AT EBERLE WINERY?

Reservations help our team provide the highest level of service to our guests. We will continue to require reservations for our seated wine tastings. If any reservations remain unbooked after being sent to the waitlist, we will book walk-in guests a reservation based on availability. We do accept walk-in guests on a first come first served basis in our tasting room. Weather permitting you can enjoy a bottle or glass on our Oak Knoll Patio if you do not have a reservation.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A RESERVATION?

We recommend booking your reservation as soon as possible. Weekends and holidays are especially desirable times to visit our beautiful Paso Robles wine country. We may sell out of reservations for those days as early as 4 weeks prior to the date you would like to visit. If reservations are showing sold out for the day or time you are looking to come, please consider a different day or time, or join our wait-list to be notified by email of any cancellations. ****After booking, please look over your confirmation email to verify that what you have reserved is correct.

HOW DOES THE WAIT-LIST WORK?

If we are showing sold out reservations for the day, time, party size or seating type you are looking for, we encourage you to join our wait-list. You will only need to join the waitlist once, but please be sure to leave us notes with your preferred/available time frame. In order to cast the widest net, we recommend keeping your options as open as possible by selecting any experience and any service as the opportunity to book a reservation through the waitlist is based entirely on unpredictable cancellations. All communication for the waitlist is by email only. When we have a cancellation, if the newly available reservation matches your waitlist submission and preferences, you will receive an email notification inviting you to book. Please note, this email invitation is not a reservation. As we experience cancellations, you may receive multiple invitations leading up to the date you are hoping to come. Simply disregard any undesirable invitations, but take immediate action when you receive a favorable invitation. Availability is on a first come, first served basis. In order to secure a seat, you must be the first person to book the reservation on Tock. If you are redirected from the booking page or receive an error notification, it is because someone has managed to book the reservation before you. If you successfully complete the reservation, you will immediately receive an email confirmation from Tock. *We experience quite a few last minute cancellations. For the best chance of gaining a reservation, we highly encourage you to check your emails the day before, and continually on the day you are hoping to come.

BOOKING SYSTEM LOGOUT TIMES:

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once a reservation slot is selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the reservations will be released back into our system for other guests to reserve. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your reservation was not processed.

Weather?

Eberle Winery will host our vineyard deck reservations on our new covered patio rain or shine. The new structure has windscreens and both heating and cooling systems to ensure the comfort of our guests during our ever-changing Central Coast weather.

Early/Late Arrival Policy

We understand that booking multiple tasting appointments can be difficult to gauge the timing needed at each destination. (A safe estimate is about 21/2 hours at each place with travel.) With this in mind, our team works hard to accommodate you to the best of our ability without ruining the structure of others' appointments and timing. Please read our policies below. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out.

Early Arrivals: Early arrivals will not be able to be seated until their appointment time. If you are early, you may choose to opt out of your reservation and taste at the bar (by availability) or purchase a glass or bottle and enjoy your wine over on the Oak Knoll Patio until your appointment time. Opting out of your appointment and tasting at the bar does not guarantee a cave tour. You are welcome to join our walk-in tours at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM

Late Arrivals: Appointments are 90 minutes long. Cave tours leave promptly at the beginning of each appointment. If you are late and miss your scheduled cave tour, you are welcome to join our walk-in tours after your tasting (Walk-in Tours 11:00 AM,1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM). We do not guarantee your cave tour will be made up if you miss the tour. If seated, you will have the time remaining in your appointment to taste. We will hold reservations for 15 minutes before canceling. If your reservation is forfeited due to your late arrival, we will do our best to rebook your appointment for a later time or try to accommodate you at the bar or Oak Knoll Patio to the best of our ability. We appreciate your understanding and hope that if we are unable to accommodate your group that you come back another time for a tasting.

EARLY/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

IS IT OK IF I BRING MORE GUESTS THAN THE TOTAL OF MY RESERVATION?

The seating you reserve is specific to the number of guests in your party. We will only be able to accommodate additional guests if we have a table available that can seat your new party size. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to increase your party size and we will do our best to accommodate you within our party size limit. Please keep in mind that adults who will not be tasting wine and children out of stroller age must be included in your total party size. If your group exceeds our 8 person limit for the vineyard deck tasting, you will be charged the $25 per person group tasting rate.

Walk-Ins

Don't have an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome inside at the bar for tasting, based on availability/first-come, first-served or on the Oak Knoll Patio for by-the-glass or by-the-bottle, based on availability/first-come, first-served. We do not guarantee cave tours for our walk-ins. Typically, our tour times for walk-ins are 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM.
